The "Trifulaio", the truffle hunter, dresses in corduroy or velvet, we can meet him silent throught the fields, in particular during the night, he searches with his dog in every piece of land, around the tree roots,  where it is possible to find the truffle. The dogs receive, for every truffle they found, a piece of bread like a reward and they followed a special training since they were puppies.
